Eeeeeeeek!

I’m heading out for the 9 miles this second, so I’m just dropping in for a quick moment to say that last night’s delicious dinner is now posted under the Reviews tab right here.

Ahhhh, I’m so scared of this run! Deep breath, deep breath, deep breath …

What kind of exercise scares you?

    Good luck! You will do great and do an extra mile for me b/c I’m feeling lazy today. I get scared of anything that requires coordination or balance like step aerobics and ice skating. I am terribly clumsy at both!

    I’m sure you are out there kicking that run’s ass AS WE SPEAK (as I type would really be the proper way to say that) – I was supposed to have 9 miles this weekend too but my illness prevented that – so you are running the 9 for the both of us! 🙂

    I’m sure you will do great! Last year I could barely run 2-3 miles straight and just thought I’d never be a runner. I worked out a lot, I just never thought running was for me. But I ended up doing 2 half-marathons last year – so if I can do it, anyone can! Hope you had a good one!

    hiking scares me—i have the most extreme phobia of snakes and porcupines (random, I know…) and I’m always afraid i’ll see one. Or that i’ll fall off the side of a mountain.

    I’m scared of anything that’s basically a team sport b/c of terrible memories of grade school and high school gym class! And spinning is a little scary, too, although I did try it twice! And those Pilates reformer machines are scary looking!

    Running scares the crap out of me even though I try to do it. I think kickboxing is scary too because I think I’m just going to fall over!

    I hope your run was awesome!! I used to be scared of any exercise that involved other people seeing me trying to exercise. 🙂 When you weigh 340 pounds, things tend to jiggle a lot and your face gets red and sweaty in a hurry.

    Now… not much of anything!! Hooray!! That’s my happy thought for the day. Thanks for making me think it! 🙂
