I did not get hungry until 7:30 tonight!
Granted, I ate way too much at the party last night (at least an extra day’s worth of food, in my opinion), but I’m so impressed that my appetite also got that message, especially considering the workout I had this morning!
After the gym, I pretty much lazed around all day (have to take advantage while I have the chance) and contented myself with soymilked and honeyed yerba mate:
My dinner (and only meal of the day) consisted of brilliantly crispy roasted brussels sprouts, the rest of my tuna humbangu, and 1/8 chopped avocado:
(It tasted yummy even though it looks sort of swampy …)

Dessert was a slice of healthy cheesecake, blackberries, and my last UliMana treat: a dark cacao raw truffle.
As usual with UliMana, this truffle was super rich and dark and bittersweet, and I just love that it manages to taste this way while simultaneously being packed with excellent nutrition. Here’s the inside:
Since this is a food-light post, I might as well take the opportunity to show you a couple more UliMana goodies that I realized I forget to blog about when I was mired in papers. Obviously, they were exponentially delicious. I’ll let the pictures do the talking 🙂

My day isn’t over yet, but I’m thinking today feels like more of a food-light day. That’s crazy that you didn’t get hungry for so long!!

Glad your workout was good. Not hungry until 7:30pm?! I don’t think that would ever happen to me no matter what I eat the night before haha!

Way to listen to your body. Typically, I cave to the routine of eating even when I am not necessarily hungry. the bsprouts look stellar

And you are the queen of eating intuitively no?! You weren’t hungry all day after a night of good eats so you just waited it out until the hunger came a-knockin!!

it was a food heavy day for me… I don’t know why but I was especially hungry all day long… and obviously I satisfied it with some good food! 🙂

Love the brussel sprouts! I usually figure that not being hungry all day is a bad sign – I’m either sick or ate way too much the day before. But, if it doesn’t happen often, it’s not really a big deal. At least you got to go to a fun party.
And the choc. date roll and other goodies look wonderful.

We had a potluck last night, and I must say I always overdo it, but I felt pretty good about it! I don’t know if it was “light,” but it was just right 🙂

i wasnt hungry at all yesterday. strange! maybe there was something going around… i never even had like a proper meal. just stuff here and there. your one meal you did have looked good!
